Behind the Bars: A King in the Shadows.
When we look at a captive lion, listless and reduced to a shadow of its former self, we see the cost of our indifference.
Zoos, circuses, and aquariums aren’t homes; they are prisons.
These venues rob animals, from the tiger to the orca, of their freedom, inflicting deep psychological stress.
Their emptiness and anxiety are the visible sign of cruelty masked as entertainment.
It is time to choose empathy.
A life’s well-being is worth more than our ticket price.

Actually this lion was a result from inbreeding so it wouldn’t even be able to survive out of captivity you can search this specific lion up and you can see his story
