Standing on top of Shibuya Sky above Tokyo is a whole other level of viewing this amazing city. The 360-degree open-air observation deck gives you the best views of the city's neon lights and famous scramble crossing from 230 meters up. We went to visit The Roof Shibuya Sky last night and it was absolutely stunning, especially paired with a glass of bubbly. The city's energy from up high is unreal.
