Kelima anggota tampil dengan gaya berbeda, mulai dari jaket kulit merah berpotongan pendek, mini dress cokelat tanpa lengan, hingga sepatu bot merah setinggi lutut. Mereka melengkapi penampilan dengan lanyard F1 berwarna merah muda. Foto-foto mereka pun ramai dibagikan penggemar di media sosial, termasuk komentar antusias seperti “OMG MEOVV AT THE F1”. A quick and easy green risotto, perfect for little ones and yummy for parents! 🌱 plus totally plant-based!

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp of vegan butter
1 onion, roughly chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
225g risotto rice
750ml vegetable stock (opt for low salt if possible for little ones)
300g silken tofu
100g spinach
Large handful of basil
Large handful of nutritional yeast
Juice of half a lemon
Pepper

METHOD
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion until softened. Add in the garlic for a minute or two until fragrant.
2. Pour in the arborio rice and stir through with the vegan butter for a minute.
3. Add in a ladle of vegetable stock and stir through until the rice soaks the liquid up. Keep adding a ladle at a time of vegetable stock and stirring until absorbed into the rice. Towards the end you can add a little more vegetable stock at a time, until all of the stock is used and the rice is cooked, stirring as you go.
4. Meanwhile, add the silken tofu, basil, spinach, lemon juice, nutritional yeast and pepper to a food processor and blitz until combined.
5. When the risotto is cooked and ready, remove from the heat and stir through the green sauce you have prepared. This shouldn’t need any more heating as the rice will be very hot - not heating it again keeps that lovely vibrant green colour.
6. Serve with some added cracked black pepper and a grating of vegan cheese or extra sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
