Eu e minha cara de enjoada por Recife ✨🪸
Bem que Reginaldo Rossi diz “…e o Sol de Recife
Mais parecem coisas lá do céu!” porque é tão quente que parece que estamos no céu, colado com sol! 🥵

Comment READY and I’ll send you the link to my MLAM Full Body, Core & Pelvic Floor Challenge, where we prioritize FUNCTION first, and that includes nourishing our bodies well! You can ABSOLUTELY see and feel changes in those first few weeks postpartum and while breastfeeding. But we also need to acknowledge that every woman’s journey is different. You can be putting in incredible effort, building strength, improving your body composition, and making progress that the scale simply isn’t reflecting. And that’s why I think we need to stop putting SO much emphasis on postpartum weight loss. Because HOW we approach it matters just as much as the results we’re chasing. There’s a massive difference between nourishing your body to support change and constantly depriving it to force change. We can pursue our goals while still meeting our body’s needs. And sometimes that means progress looks different in different seasons. The goal isn’t just to see results. It’s to build a body that’s well-nourished, strong, and supported for YEARS to come. Comment READY and come join us! This is exactly the approach I strive to teach women inside my programming! 🤍 #motherhood #breastfeeding #postpartum #postpartumfitnessjourney #nursing
Old hardware has a lot more life left in it than we think. A Canon 5D getting custom film-style firmware, a PS5 running Gaussian splatting, and Spotify’s discontinued Car Thing finding a second life through community-built software. The hardware was never the problem. And as AI makes software development more accessible, we might be entering an era where old tech becomes useful again in ways its creators never imagined. What forgotten piece of tech would you bring back? Credits: RITUAL @habibsfoto / @latentritual | PS5 @gradeeterna | Car Thing ItsRiprod / DeskThing | Game crossover @p0lybender
Tesla Just Made Cars Fly. 🚀 Nine years in the making, the next-generation Tesla Roadster has finally been revealed, and it might be the wildest electric supercar ever demonstrated. Developed alongside SpaceX, the new Roadster features cold-gas thrusters, an advanced suction system, and acceleration from 0–60 mph in a claimed 0.81 seconds. During its unveiling, the car drove upside down, launched itself into the air, and flew over an entire lineup of Tesla vehicles. With production targeted for 2028, Elon Musk is pushing the boundaries between automotive engineering and aerospace technology. Read more about it on Menwith.com @teslamotors
🇫🇷 A Muslim woman avoided having her store looted by rioters in France. The looters simply walked away after realizing that the business was owned by a Muslim.
