Remember the day when we clashed on Goodwood?
Neither of us backed down... that's ENERGY!
From a young age, we knew that raps therapy!

When I was 16, I was walking home from basketball on a Monday night at Manor High. Walking past Goodwood field, I saw Josh (Hoodz at the time) and his mate walking towards me. Me and his mate didn't get on at the time, but grew to be friends about 10 years later.
Josh said, "RJ, let's clash now!". There weren't many white lads MCing in Sale at the time. Neither of us had lyrics prepared, but we started clashing. He went, then I went, then he went, then I went, and neither of us wanted the other to have the last word.
I remember his mate saying, "Nah, you can't let him have the last word." At this point, we weren't even saying anything good. It was just complete young male pride at stake.
I can't remember how it ended, but one of us must have obviously said, "Let's leave it there." We shook hands and went on our way.
Apart from the other guy there. Nobody knows about that, really. I don't remember us ever speaking about it in front of others. It was a moment. But a moment I've never forgotten!
