Glasscape brings together new works by Andi Kovel + Justin Parker, longtime collaborators + co-founders of Esque Studio.

Kovel reimagines landscape through layered, transparent forms that shift like horizon lines. Parker’s luminous panels harness and project light, creating shifting fields of reflection and shadow.

Together, their work highlights the versatility of glass in sculptural form and as a medium of light

Glasscape is on view now at Vetri through Saturday, Nov 1st.

Everything seasoning belongs in sourdough. 🥑🍞

Especially when the next morning’s breakfast is avocado toast topped with hard boiled eggs, crumbled bacon, and a little salt and pepper. That crisp crust and soft middle were made for this.

For these two large loaves, I added 40g of everything seasoning to my double batch. That’s 20g per loaf, with 600g of flour in each loaf.

For a smaller loaf, try starting with 10g and adjust to your taste. I mixed mine in while mixing the dough so it was easy to distribute, but you can also fold it in during your stretch and folds.

Want seasoning on the outside, too? After shaping, lightly mist the loaf with water and coat it with everything seasoning before placing it in your banneton.

Keep the salt in your seasoning blend in mind. You may want to reduce the salt in your dough, especially if you’re coating the outside, too.
