This isn’t because I’m super optimistic all the time but man did this change my mindset this week. Our human instinct is to complain, but let’s focus on the good. The world can seem scary but there is more sunsets out there 🫶🤍

HUNTINGTON BEACH: Over a year and a half ago, this is where I launched my campaign for governor.

TONIGHT at 6:00pm, it’s where we make our final push to take California BACK!

Help us make our last rally the BIGGEST yet. Join us at the Huntington Beach Pier Amphitheater!

How many of you savages hit padless barbell hip thrusts like @bigjaythesaiyan ? I know some men who can tolerate this but I’ve never met any women who can as their hip anatomy seems to prevent that (at least when you get super strong). In fact, most women have to use the “push and roll forward” technique even when they have bar padding.

Join today as a founding member! This is a one-time offer available till midnight tonight. Go to @ municipal gym.com @municipalgym !!! Let’s take our fitness journey to the next level together💯

in my experience, if they want to, they will.
