🔥 This is the HOLY GRAIL FIX! Your stubborn belly might actually NOT ❌ be FAT. It’s might be a PRESSURE management issue because your diaphragm, pelvic floor, and abs have completely lost COORDINATION with one another! This is super common especially after pregnancy, chronic tension holding, years of SUCKING IN, or bearing down on the pfm. And no amount of mindless crunches or kegels will restore a system that no longer knows how to work together. Watch 👀 what happens when I breathe: ✅ On the INHALE, my diaphragm descends and my 360° breath travels down toward my pelvis. My rib cage expands, my abdominal wall responds, and my pelvic floor lengthens. ✅ On the EXHALE, my adductors and pelvic floor muscles contract while my lower, middle, and upper transverse abs contract in that order. My diaphragm then returns to its resting position or a bit higher with a forced exhale. ✅ THIS is what every Woman NEEDS to master! 🥹 Some BIG clues you NEED this are: ❌ A pressure belly that grows throughout the day ❌ A lower belly that refuses to flatten ❌ A diastasis that struggles to heal ❌ Pelvic floor symptoms that worsen by the evening ❌ A lower back that constantly feels tight ❌ A core that feels completely disconnected This work goes far deeper than aesthetics, but when your entire core unit begins functioning better, your aesthetics WILL change right along with it. 🔥 Comment APP and I’ll message you a full week of my core and rib cage correcting tutorials and exercises to help you rebuild this coordination and create your strongest core yet. 👊🏼 #workoutsforwomen #coreexercises #pelvicfloorexercises #ribflare #femalefitness

guess who😏
Stefan Effenberg 🇩🇪, Fernando Redondo 🇦🇷, Roy Keane 🇮🇪, Juan Sebastián Verón 🇦🇷, Edgar Davids 🇳🇱, Patrick Vieira 🇫🇷 or Demetrio Albertini 🇮🇹? This was an era when central midfielders didn’t all look or play the same. Every great team seemed to have its own midfield general — a player who gave the side rhythm, aggression, personality or control. ⚽🔥 Effenberg 🇩🇪 was the commanding presence of Bayern Munich 🇩🇪, demanding the ball and setting the emotional tone. Redondo 🇦🇷 gave Real Madrid 🇪🇸 elegance, intelligence and that effortless ability to escape pressure. Keane 🇮🇪 was the heartbeat of Manchester United 🏴 — relentless, competitive and built for the biggest matches. Verón 🇦🇷 gave Parma 🇮🇹 technique, range of passing and creativity from deeper positions. Davids 🇳🇱 brought energy and bite to Juventus 🇮🇹, Vieira 🇫🇷 became the physical and technical leader of Arsenal 🏴, while Albertini 🇮🇹 represented the composure and tactical intelligence of that great Milan 🇮🇹 midfield tradition. Seven midfield legends. Seven completely different styles. That’s part of what made late-90s and early-2000s football so memorable. WHICH TWO WOULD CONTROL THE MIDFIELD FOR YOUR TEAM? 👇 Follow us for more football nostalgia! @worldcupfever_carlos .
