At 75, Sting still has the kind of arms that would make gym-goers of any age envious. His secret, however, isn't dumbbell supersets or hours in the squat rack. Instead, he favours these lower-impact forms of exercise. Tap the link in bio to read more.

A mixed handful for #watchpalmsunday this week. With 2 returning heroes, and some pieces not seen since the summer holiday. The Seiko Pogue and Rolex 1655 are back! 2 iconic watches from different ends of the collecting spectrum… both wonderful to have back on the wrist. The Rolex pair of beige OP and Neo 14060 sub were a mainstay of this year’s summer holiday, and as autumn takes hold, these bring back some much needed warm feeling 🤩 Throw in 3 chronos from 3 eras, the pre moon speedy, the retro Schumacher and a carbon from Tudor, and that’s a mix to see me through for a few weeks at least 😁 Happy Sunday all. Time to get up to stuff… ———————————————-

Today we’re making Amaretti Biscuits, those beautiful Italian almond biscuits that are crispy on the outside and soft and chewy in the middle. This recipe comes from my mother-in-law Maria, and it’s one of those family recipes that proves you don’t need many ingredients to make something special. Almond meal, sugar, egg whites, almond essence… and a little patience while they bake and fill the kitchen with that beautiful sweet almond smell 😍 Perfect with espresso, cappuccino, gelato, or straight from the tray. Comment AMARETTI and I’ll send you the recipe 📩
