My week in Ghana began at Cape Coast ,walking through the castles where enslaved Africans were once held captive. It was a deep reminder of pain, strength, and resilience. Afterward, I found peace by the ocean, lunching along one of West Africa’s most stunning beaches, and ended the day high above the rainforest on the Kakum canopy walk. A journey through history, healing, and beauty. What a day to remember 🇬🇭❤️
