Just 3 ingredients, a crockpot, and a few minutes of prep. The beef cooks low and slow until it’s fall-apart tender, then gets shredded into the most flavorful Japanese BBQ sauce. Serve it over rice with green beans! 1 2lb chuck roast 1 onion 5oz of Japanese bbq sauce (I used @trybachans ) Directions: Place roast in the crockpot pour in onions and Japanese barbecue sauce, cook on low for 7 to 8 hours! Save this one for those busy weeknights when you want dinner to make itself! #Crocktober #CrockpotRecipes #SlowCookerMeals #EasyDinner #DumpAndGoMeals

People don’t know what they don’t know — for a lot of people, this kind of motherhood doesn’t exist because they’ve never seen it. Which makes it even more important for you to remember that, just because someone hasn’t seen it, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist. More moms outside, am I right? Send this to the first person who came to mind! #outdoormom #campingwithkids #hikingwithkids
