This one was memorable. When @neilshirley1 said “Let’s ride the volcano on Saturday” I couldn’t resist. We’ve talked about doing this ride for years. And if you’ve ever been lucky enough to do an epic ride with Neil, it’s guaranteed to be hard, but a helluva lot of fun. To experience a ride like this with someone I look up to so much, coupled with the support of one of my best buds @wattsofsnacks (who 100% made this effort possible) made this a day on the bike I will never forget.

I am so grateful for the people in my life, and for the ability to pedal a bike. I’m grateful for the energy of this island. And I’m grateful for the gift of mana - and for a mind and body to turn it into something special.🌋🌺🏝️🙏🏼
