Another adventure in the books, with @ghamilton79 competing in the @ttg.sniperchallenge at the @yoranchheadquarters. We swapped things up and he got to shoot the @accuracyinternational ATX and @proofresearch carbon barreled 6.5CM combo while I ran the @sonsoflibertygw MK1 with a @nightforce_optics ATACR 1-8x and @envision_technologies MARS, slinging @hornadymfg 73gr ELDs as the carbine shooter.
After the shooting and rucking were over and dust settled, we pulled off a win in the Heavy division where we had to do everything with 15lb plate carriers, as well as an overall top placement. It was great spending time catching up with friends on site as well.
Additional shout out to @bornprimitivetactical as we both gave the Frontier Pant a go, which seems to be a great option wth the vents, lightly padded knees and well ppaced pockets for this kind of event.
