Yepp…

Sunday insights:
For a long time I believed we had to earn our worth. Climb higher, push harder, and maybe then we would finally be enough. But for who?

It is an exhausting way to live. If that is all there is. You never quite arrive.
The thing that truly sets us free is finding home.

That we are found in Christ. Found exactly as we are, mess and all. The eternal mystery - that the Almighty might call us sons and daughters. But first we must be made whole. Forgiven. Restored. Without that, how can we have ‘Immanuel’ - God with us.

We do not have to become impressive for God to love us. We do not have to summit anything. We simply have to bend our knee long enough to accept a gift we could never have earned in a thousand lifetimes.

This truth changed how I see everyone else too. We are children of God. All flawed. All needing his mercy. It makes us gentler, slower to judge, quicker to forgive.

We are so hard on ourselves, and so hard on each other. The love of Christ I have found to be the medicine for both. (Have you read: The Greatest Story Ever Told?)

Ooooooh, someone’s upset. 🤭
Meghan and that towering sense of self-importance. 🙄

Dear Private Citizen M: Catherine’s mother-daughter outing wasn’t a message to you. Catherine was spending time with her daughter—not plotting a subtle counterstrike against you. Not every family moment is a royal chess move.

And the claim that William and Catherine’s friends are talking to Rob Shitter? Spare us.

If that circle were briefing anyone, he’d hardly be first on the list. This has all the hallmarks of projection: imagining that every move the Waleses make revolves around Meghan, when they’re busy getting on with their own lives.

Catherine seems content to invest her time and love in her family and her work. That kind of quiet, grounded life doesn’t need to shout for attention.

Meghan, by contrast, craves the spotlight, the status and the headlines—and the press is happy to turn every ordinary moment into another invented rivalry.

The idea that a mother-and-daughter outing was staged to undermine Meghan is quite the leap. Not every day out is a message, not every headline is a feud, and not every story is about her.

Sometimes the spotlight is elsewhere—and that’s the whole story.

Tell me one word you think describes just one of my kids based on their intro of me 😂

Comment “MOM” and I’ll message you some of our favorite things! The beauty of motherhood is I’ve gotten to meet someone new ever time. Same parents, same home. 8 very different ways of seeing the world 🙌🏼

Who do you think takes after Michael, and who takes after me? 👀
