I’m a big fan of growing in raised beds and pots. It offers you so many options. Luckily, I can overwinter my tender tropicals in the basement under a light, but just bringing them inside is enough. I have a small room that becomes a citrus room over winter. It’s worth a try if you’re not already doing it. I now have limes, bay leaves and herbs like thyme and rosemary that will carry me through the winter.
