![Earlier this year, I got to tick off one of my dream trips which was visit Chennai, Tamil Nadu and work on a passion project (more to come on that!) 🤎
While we were there, my girls @divvya88 @its_divya_kushi and I decided to try our hands at pottery, and honestly, where better to experience this art form than in Tamil Nadu, a land with such a rich history of pottery, sculpture and craftsmanship?
There’s something so special about learning an ancient craft in a place where generations of artisans have passed down their knowledge and traditions.
It was a beautiful reminder of how much history, culture and artistry there is to discover in our own roots. And while our pottery skills definitely need some work 🤣, the experience itself was one we will always cherish.
Here’s to travelling not just to see new places, but to connect with their stories, traditions and people. 🪷✨
A huge thank you to the ever so talented @gopinath.duraisamy for capturing this experience for us. We will forever cherish it!
If you want to visit this same place in Chennai just comment the word [pottery] and I’ll send you the exact location!
