We are loosing more and more sunlight as the winter equinox quickly approaches. We are inside more and more as a result. And we are eating less and less nutrient dense foods as the holiday seasons are in full swing. But we don’t have to succumb to that.
Vitamin D levels will drop as a result if not taken care of. Many Americans don’t eat enough nutrient dense fish (think mackerel, sardine, herring) and our diets in the American culture are subpar.
Low vitamin d levels are associated with muscle aches, pain, bone loss, diabetes, HTN, heart disease, lots of cancers, depression, SAD, and fibromyalgia to name a few.
If you need an extra boost, we got you covered
