This concept came to me back in January and I didn’t make it until this summer. Like every other piece of art, it was just a way for me to process what I was feeling at the time. It took me a while to accept that it was finished, because by the time I actually wove it the feeling had passed. So the lack intensity felt like there was something missing in the piece.
I took some time to step back, and now I know it’s done.
