At Canyonlands, we envision a future where the diverse peoples of our region come together in harmony through the common cause of saving our natural heritage.
However, we recognize that not everyone has the same opportunities to engage with nature for fun, work, or healing, and that social justice, environmental justice, and climate change are inextricably linked.
Canyonlands is dedicated to listening to community needs and using our experience to activate people as the driving force behind local solutions. Just like the rich biodiversity of San Diego, our diverse communities are beautiful and resilient. We strive to harness the healing power of nature and community to make nearby-nature a more welcoming and safe place for all San Diegans to enjoy. 💚
