And it seems they all have something thing in common…

Instead of overcomplicating every meal, I focus on building my plates with:
🍚 a source of carbohydrates
🍗 a source of protein
🥑 a source of healthy fats
🥦 a source of micronutrients

…plus PLENTY of snacks throughout the day (especially around training) to keep me fuelled, satisfied and support my training/recovery.

@movewithus has been a huge help in taking the guesswork out of nutrition for me, with customisable meal guides, 1000’s of recipes and the flexibility to build meals around foods you actually enjoy, it makes working towards your fitness goals feel a whole lot more fun AND sustainable 💫

Some moments are cherished in our hearts as if they happened yesterday 😌 sharing them again brings the same joy 🥹

This kid reminded me of myself when i first came from Africa, i was about the same age and i got bullied a lot in Newark NJ before my mom decided to move us to philly. i remember being at Broadway jr in North Newark when this kid from i think Grafton project who didnt even attended school used to hang around the school. i remember one day i was getting on the 13 bus to head home when he snucked up and sucker punched the hell out of me and ran away for no reason. i later heard he did it because he heard i had good grades. I remember telling the principal and he would walk me to the bus stop after school each day for my safety. i never told anyone about it and kept it to myself. this was late 80’s and its so sad it’s still happening today. I was the only african at the school so all the kids of all races bullied me on the daily basis. Looking at this kid brought tears to eyes because not only did he look like me at his age he was going thru what i went through. Not sure why he was heading to school at 920am but the only thing i can think of was he went outside and saw those kids and went back home waiting for them to leave. Those kids parents needs to speak asap about this. my condolences to his family, I will start making appearances at high schools to talk to foreign kids and help them on dealing with bullying. May God help us all to help deal with this. Amen

I have longed for a week like this longer than I can imagine, so trust me when I say I cried my eyes out when I had to say goodbye at the airport.
Thankfully @sundvallll was right there by my side 🥹

@william1337kr this was literally one of the best weeks ever I am so happy to have experienced so many things with you AND I know you probably will hate me saying it but I am so proud of the man you are becoming 💙

I am beyond blessed for being your aunt and I cannot wait to see you soon again!

Jag älskar dig till universums slut o tillbaka - alltid!
