The Kids Table case study now on my site! @thekidstable.world What a joy making this cookbook with @dontbeafool! 22 families’ recipes with her amazing film photos throughout ❤️

1. Custom typeface Niblet in use for big type spreads 😋
2. It was inspired by kids play blocks and drawn for the book as a variable width typeface so it could flex across spreads keeping consistent proportions 🧱
3. The color system! Each family has a unique hue that ties back to the gradient at the start of that section and creates a gradual shift as you turn the pages 🎨
4. The type system, featuring Roslindale by @djrrb and Seabirds by @205tf 🔤
5. Quote page with Niblet allowing me to keep consistent grid system with shorter/longer words! 📐
6. Recipe sections with custom syrupy lettering, sketch to final 🧈
7/8. Cover! Spines! 📚
