Which dress is your favourite?

This workout was designed to strengthen and build your legs and glutes 🦵🍑

I always love mixing in a variety of different rep schemes into my sessions 💯

Low reps for the heavy barbell lifts to increase strength 🏋️‍♀️

Moderate reps for the machine work to build muscle 💪

And higher reps for the isolation work to improve activation, endurance and to really burn out the muscle 🔥

*You don’t have to be locked in to a singular rep range for all your sessions 🙅‍♀️

You can mix it up and get great results across the board for all these different objectives 💡

Here’s the full workout as an example how this can work…

1. Squats 3x5
2. Single Leg Press 3x10
3. Hip Thrust 20,15,10,10,10,20
4A. Barbell B-Stance RDL 3x10
4B. Cable Glute Kickbacks 3x20
