It happens, every once in a while, that an uninvited guest makes its way into the salmon farms along the coast of Norway. This majestic creature, a 2,7m long 420kg blue fin tuna hunting for mackerel got lost into one of the pens at @eidefjordbruk site at Ospeneset.

A busy day in the kitchen at Iris. Here’s how we handled this catch with respect and care. With guidance from our friends from @nama_bergen, the team dedicated the day to this project, treating every part with respect.
