Tijdens een wandeling kwam ik deze prachtige rijksmonumentmolen De Valk tegen in Berkel en Rodenrijs, in het Bergboezemgebied van De Groenzoom. De molen, gebouwd in 1772, bemaalde oorspronkelijk de polder Berkel en wordt sinds 1954 gebruikt als woning. Het rustige landschap met de koeien op de voorgrond maakte dit een echt Hollands plaatje. 🇳🇱📸

During a walk, I came across this beautiful heritage-listed De Valk windmill in Berkel en Rodenrijs, located in the Bergboezem area of De Groenzoom. Built in 1772, the windmill originally drained the Berkel polder and has been used as a residence since 1954. The peaceful landscape with the cows in the foreground made this a truly classic Dutch scene. 🇳🇱📸
