Not everyone communicates with words, but everyone deserves to feel welcome, included and part of racing. 🫂

This weekend, Leopardstown’s Racing For All weekend is all about making racing more accessible and welcoming for everyone. There will be facilities available for individuals and families with additional needs, offering a place to take a break, reset and enjoy the day at their own pace.

Because racing is for all. 🐴💜

😂 When you need a shoulder to lean on, but your bestie is 4 feet tall… so you basically need to fold yourself in half. 😭🤣

20+ years of friendship, countless memories, and a bond that distance and time could never change. ❤️

We may not see each other as often as we’d like, but every time we do, it feels like we were never apart. No awkwardness, no catching up on who we are… just straight back to being US. 🥹❤️

Some friendships are just HOME. And after all these years, you’ll always be my person… even if I have to bend down for a hug. 😂❤️🌈

I went to a nearby bakery recently and was taken aback by the maple tree across from it, its leaves all shades of yellow and orange. The tree I walk past almost daily suddenly looked so different. Have I not been noticing things? The leaves couldn’t have turned from green to yellow overnight. I had seen the tree, but I wasn’t consciously paying attention to it.

I wonder how many other things were happening in front of me that I only became aware of once the change was obvious, or maybe there were changes I never noticed at all.

Autumn reminds me to take things slowly, to look up and notice the light, the trees, and birds migrating away, to notice how my body seems to need more sleep, and to notice the things that are quietly changing around me. 𓂃 🐦‍⬛ 𓂃
