Polislər azyaşlını valideynlərinin əlindən alaraq polis bölməsinə aparır Hicab etirazları fonunda həbslərin miqyası genişlənir. Yeni yayılan bu kadrlarda polisin azyaşlını bölməyə aparmağa cəhd etdiyi, vətəndaşların isə buna müqavimət göstərdiyi iddia olunur. Videonun dəqiq koordinatları bəlli deyil. Aksiyalara görə saxlanılanların ümumi sayı, onların saxlanma şəraiti və vəkil hüququndan istifadə edib-etməməsi qaranlıq qalır. Üstəlik, son günlər polisin vətəndaşları gecə saatlarında birbaşa evlərindən apardığına dair siqnallar gəlir. Ölkədəki son repressiya dalğasının hüquq müdafiə təşkilatlarını, QHT sektorunu və müstəqil medianı iflic etməsi faktiki informasiya blokadası yaradıb - baş verənlərin hüquqi detalları barədə təsdiqlənmiş məlumat almaq, demək olar ki, qeyri-mümkündür.
1. Pick one task a day and deliberately do the lowest-effort version of it, you'd be surprised how often that's enough. 2. Say no by default to anything optional for the next months. 3. Go through tomorrow’s meetings or projects at the end of each day and decline the ones you’re not actually needed in. Ask for notes/recordings instead. 4. Every morning decide what you’ll drop if the day goes badly, and then actually drop it. 5. At the end of the day, write down the one thing that went okay, when you’re burnt out you sometimes can’t remember them. 6. Every day, finish one thing completely, even a tiny one, so you’re not leaving a trail of half-done stuff. Bonus: Tell a friend or trusted colleague how you’re actually doing once a week. I made an app called Keel for exactly this. You rate your workday and tick off the habits you got through that day. It helps you do the things you know you should and after a few weeks you can see which habits have the biggest impact on your work life. Comment KEEL and I’ll send you the link to try the app 🩷 it’s also in my bio.

@jasminejasudavicius reflects on how a piece of gum cost her a $10,000 fine from the athletic commission after her matchup with Karine Silva at UFC Winnipeg 😳 Jasudavicius says that the commission thought she had a pouch in her mouth during the fight when in reality it was a piece of gum. #ufc #mma
