Shoulder hurts? Pain meds. Cortisone shot. Surgery. Still hurts? Fine. Chop the whole damn arm off. Problem solved. 😂 OR… Ask a better question: WHY does my shoulder keep hurting? Pain relief and fixing the movement pattern creating the problem are two very different things. Stop only chasing symptoms. Learn how your shoulder moves. Find the imbalance. Fix your shit. Preferably while keeping both arms.
#SelfCompassion. Welas Asih ke diri sendiri dulu sebelum berbagi Welas Asih ke orang lain ❤️.

#Boosie got people heated after saying $150K a year is basically crumbs to him! 😳💰 The Baton Rouge rapper doubled down, saying $12,500 a month wouldn't even cover his bills and explaining that his lifestyle comes with major expenses. Boosie admitted that $150K is a lot of money for most people and that he once felt the same way before becoming successful. 👀 Is Boosie out of touch with reality, or is he just speaking from a different tax bracket? 👇
