There was a time in my life when I never could have imagined a day like this. 🥹💖 For #ADHDAwarenessMonth, I brought together hundreds of incredible neurodivergent creators for my first-ever #Unstoppable ADHD Creator Summit, a day dedicated to celebrating our beautifully different minds, sharing our stories, and creating a community where everyone feels seen, heard, understood and celebrated. 🦋✨ Hearing everyone’s personal stories, feeling all the love in the room, and knowing that sharing my own ADHD journey has helped others feel less alone brought me to tears. 😭💕 I am so grateful to every single person who came and made this day so incredibly special. You all inspire me more than you know, and I feel so lucky to be part of such an amazing community. 🥹💖 This is so much bigger than just one event. It’s about creating a world where thinking differently is celebrated, where no one feels alone, and where we all recognize that our differences are our superpowers. ✨ Thank you for being part of this beautiful movement. This is only the beginning. 🦋💕 #SlivingWithADHD
‏#drquinnmedicinewoman #westernseries #classictv #tvdrama #nostalgia
FIRST SPRINT TRIATHLON COMPLETE! 🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🔥 And what an experience!! 😭 1:37:46 ⏱️ 🏅 5th in my age category (30–39) 🏅 13th female overall out of 38 🏅 68th overall out of 224 750m swim, 22.2km bike and a 5.55km run! My first ever sprint triathlon and I genuinely LOVED it! Going into this, I had no idea what to expect. I’m still so new to the sport, figuring out pacing, transitions and how to put all three disciplines together. There’s SO much room for improvement, especially in my swimming, but that’s what excites me the most. A year ago, triathlon wasn’t even on my radar. Now I’m crossing finish lines, chasing new goals and wondering how much further I can push myself. You don’t have to be good at something to start. You just have to be willing to be a beginner. At 32, as a mum of three, I’m loving stepping outside my comfort zone and discovering what my body is capable of. From HYROX to triathlon, with an Ironman and the London Marathon on the horizon… I think I’ve found a new obsession. ❤️‍🔥 Lots to learn, lots to improve and definitely not stopping here! Sprint triathlon… you got me! 🫶🏼 Who’s tried a triathlon, or who’s tempted to give one a go? 👀 #SprintTriathlon #FirstTriathlon #TriathlonTraining #SwimBikeRun #WomenInTriathlon FemaleAthlete EnduranceTraining MumAthlete FitnessOver30 IronmanTraining DubaiFitness WomenInSport TriathlonLife
