The Delhi High Court declined to stop the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), led by Abhijeet Dipke, from holding its planned October 16 protest at Central Park in Connaught Place. The court recorded Delhi Police’s assurance that it would regulate the gathering and maintain law and order. However, the court did not expressly grant permission for the protest. A viral relationship trend called the “2-2-2-2 rule” is helping couples keep their marriage strong. It suggests going on a date every two weeks, being intimate twice a week, taking a night away without kids twice a year, and planning a longer vacation every two years. The idea expands the older 2-2-2 rule, which recommended regular dates, weekend trips, and longer holidays together. Research from the University of Virginia’s National Marriage Project found that couples who spent quality time alone at least once a week were about 3.5 times more likely to report being very happy in their marriage. #MarriageGoals #RelationshipTips #HappyMarriage #CoupleGoals #LoveAndConnection marriage, relationship, 2-2-2-2 rule, marriage tips, happy couples, relationship advice, quality time, date nights, married life, couple bonding, intimacy, romantic getaway, family life, marriage happiness, healthy relationships
America! America!! (1997) America! America!! is a family drama directed by Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar. The story revolves around three childhood friends from coastal Karnataka—Shashank, Surya, and Bhumika. Shashank dreams of going to America and believes success and happiness lie abroad. Surya values Indian culture, family bonds, and traditional values. Bhumika is the friend who connects both of them despite their different views on life. As Shashank moves to the United States, he faces the realities of life abroad, including loneliness, cultural differences, and personal struggles. The film contrasts the dream of settling in America with the importance of relationships, identity, and emotional fulfillment. Meanwhile, Surya's life in India follows a different path, highlighting the conflict between modern ambitions and traditional values. The movie ultimately shows that true happiness is not determined by where one lives, but by the relationships, values, and choices one makes in life. Main Cast Ramesh Aravind Akshay Anand Hema Panchamukhi Famous Song: Nooru Janmaku, which became one of the most loved songs in Kannada cinema. We’ve been hard at work over here on the estrogren patch beat! 📞📞 🕵️ 🕵️Here’s a little glimpse into the reporting process as I try to figure out what’s causing so many of you to have trouble finding the patches you desperately need. This is just the start... still to come: my scavenger hunt with real women as they try to figure out how and where to get their prescriptions filled. What questions do you still have for the manufacturers of these patches?
Your next chapter doesn’t have to be a breakdown. It can be your breakthrough. Nobody talks about the moment a woman in her 40s starts questioning EVERYTHING. Your body. Your energy. Your relationship. Your confidence. Your patience. Your purpose. The life you worked so hard to build suddenly feels different. And the woman looking back at you in the mirror? She might not feel quite like herself anymore. Before you call it a midlife crisis, let’s talk about what might actually be happening. Because this isn’t always just about mindset. Your biology matters, too. Hormonal fluctuations Sleep and recovery Stress and cortisol regulation Insulin sensitivity and metabolic health Thyroid function Estrogen and progesterone Muscle mass and body composition Testosterone and changes in energy and libido Sound familiar? Here’s your reminder: You are not broken. You are not behind. And you do not have to settle for feeling unlike yourself. Your body is changing. Your needs may be changing. And your approach to health, fitness, nutrition, and recovery may need to change with it. This is where we stop guessing, start asking better questions, and get intentional about our health.
