Consciência Negra é sobre saber de onde viemos, valorizar quem somos e defender o que ainda precisamos conquistar. Seguimos por nós, pelas que vieram antes e pelas que virão. ✨✊🏾

More recently, digital payment systems like Square helped introduce what people now call “tipflation.” Instead of leaving a few dollars in a jar, customers are presented with suggested percentages on a touchscreen, sometimes for services that traditionally never involved tipping. The psychology is surprisingly effective because the prompt puts customers in the uncomfortable position of declining a tip while an employee stands right in front of them.

The Man Report is the most-watched video I’ve made, and you can see it free this week (link in bio). The trial unlocks every report in the archive. If you want to stick around for the next one, great. If not, cancel and don’t pay a penny. You see all of it before you’re ever asked for money. 🫡

Indonesia’s Minister of Culture, Fadli Zon, stated that around 80% of Indonesians listen to music by local artists. He made the remarks during a press conference for the 2026 Anugerah Musik Indonesia (AMI) Awards in Makassar, South Sulawesi, on Tuesday (October 27). According to Fadli, the strong public interest in Indonesian music is a positive achievement for the country’s music industry. However, he believes the next challenge is to bring Indonesian musicians’ work to a wider international audience. He also highlighted the success of K-Pop as an example of how music can grow into a global cultural movement. 🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩
