In 2016, my dad Rico was diagnosed with sarcoma. In 2018 it came back. In 2021 he was diagnosed with glioblastoma and he died later that year. This year, my mom was diagnosed with cancer. To say our family is sick of this disease would be an understatement. But like @mikainstagram says - once we get up we feel better and we pull ourselves together…
