18 weeks apart. ✨ Lil vulnerable posty. ➡️➡️ Last year was about ❤️‍🩹 healing. This year was about getting my body back with support from @agerejuvenation ⏳ After everything I went through in 2025, I didn’t feel like myself anymore. I was navigating heartbreak, stress, major life changes, and learning how to rebuild my confidence from the inside out. I was puffy, tired, and not motivated. At the beginning of this year, I made a promise to myself that I was going to prioritize my body again… not because I hated my body, but because I wanted to feel strong, confident, energized, and comfortable in my own skin. Over the last 18 weeks, I’ve focused on strength training, prioritizing protein, moving my body daily, improving my recovery, and staying consistent even on the days I didn’t feel motivated. I’ve also been grateful to have support and guidance throughout my wellness journey from professionals at #agerejuvenation who helped me stay focused on my goals and create a plan that worked for me. The biggest transformation isn’t the photos. It’s getting back to the girl I knew was still in there all along. The confidence, the self-respect, the discipline, and the healing that happened behind the scenes matter more than any number on a scale.
