Sometimes we’re so busy looking at our shortcomings that we can’t see how far we’ve come! I keep waiting for when my meditation, face exercises, shoulder exercises, diet, studies to bear their fruits but actually if I really look I already have plenty of fruits around me 😆 I’m so much calmer and relaxed than a year ago! I’m much better at knowing when to slow down. I have way less meltdowns. I almost don’t have days where I just can’t get up or do anything. My face is less puffy. I can explain most concepts of Ayurveda and even give tips to people depending on their constitution. Life is just much better! It’s funny to wait for when it’s gonna be ‘it’ but most of the time we don’t know what ‘it’ will feel or look like! Like I didn’t know I could feel something else than dread and exhaustion on a daily basis, it was just normal for me. Now I know I can actually have a good mental health and feel good! How far have you come from a year ago? What about from 5 years ago? 20 years ago?
Может начать новую жизнь на Китай-городе ? Ксю — Блондинка в Шоколаде или Ксю — Дрейн няшка ? Вы за кого ?)))
AD/ unbez.werbung Precious moments ❤️🌿 Sometimes, the best moments are the ones we don’t capture. We were simply enjoying ourselves, being present and sharing the moment. Thank you, for having me and for a lovely evening at The Westin Hamburg🌿🤍 @heavenlyspa.hamburg @figurada_hamburg Spa Event… ein Abend gefüllt mit schönen Momenten, köstlicher Bewirtung, interessanter Begegnungen, anregender Gespräche und interessanten Eindrücken🌿🤍 #precioustimes #wellbeingmatters #bepresentinthemoment #theartoflivingwell #celebratelifeeveryday
THE PHANTOM WON’T FIT THE GARAGE. GOOD THING MY DREAMS NEVER DID EITHER. I opened my eyes in Beverly Hills and thought I was tripping I’m already battling another Phantom. Look at this custom-commissioned beauty. 26-inch rims! I’d be pimping in that thing, especially with somebody else driving. Take me to McDonald’s, my favorite juice spot, then the Maybourne. I love that place. It’s on my radar. People ask, “How are you gonna buy a sports team?” I never cared about sports teams. Now everybody’s buying one, and suddenly it sounds exciting. That’s my ADD talking. 😂 Tuesday’s lesson: dream big, but keep your focus. Stay fit. Stay funny. Keep smiling. Today, I’m focused on the Rolls and where the hell I’d park it.
Artificial intelligence has gone from struggling with basic arithmetic to helping solve some of mathematics’ most famous open problems — and the field is reckoning with what that means. Steven Strogatz, a professor of mathematics at Cornell University, joined Rachel Abrams on “The Daily” to describe the excitement and grief of watching A.I. take on work that gives people a sense of purpose. Listen to his full conversation with @rachelabramsnyt at the link in bio. Video by Sarah Diamond/The New York Times
