A chapter I never thought I’d be the one closing, but here we are.

Time to share something I didn’t think I’d be writing for many more years:

I’ve decided to step down from my role as a Les Mills Nordic Trainer.

This decision is entirely my own, and it’s one I’ve reached after a lot of reflection and some big feelings. For more than seven years, I’ve had the privilege of training so many instructors, leading countless educations, and pouring my heart into something that has been one of my biggest passions and lovemarks in life. This role has shaped me in ways I’ll carry for life.

But sometimes life gently nudges you forward unexpectedly, and sometimes you simply grow in a different direction than before, not in a negative way, just naturally, with time. That’s what has happened for me with this role.

Even though I actually never imagined this moment would come already now, I’m now learning to accept it.

I’m sad, grateful, and proud all at once. Above all, I’m so thankful for every single instructor I’ve met, trained, learned from, and shared energy with over these years. And of course, all the amazing trainers, assessors, and office people behind the scenes: it’s been an absolute privilege to work with you. You’ve been my extended family.

But I’m not gone gone.

I’ll still be teaching my Les Mills classes just like before. Oh, and I’ll still be trolling in the webinar comment fields. Just like before.
