📢 Big News! ❤️‍🔥 We are welcoming our next superstar trainer, Kimi 🔥 Let’s show him some love AND make sure to book Kimi’s classes 🏃🏽‍♀️💪🏼

“Hi Barry’s fam!

I am Kimi, Helsinki-based, living in urban Kallio, and bringing 12+ years of coaching experience into the Red Room. From instructor to training new instructors, I’ve spent years helping people move better, push harder, and get more out of every session ❤️‍🔥

What excites me most about Barry’s is the mix. Intensity, variety, and music that actually makes you want to go all in. Heavy beats, real energy, and a room that pushes you further than you thought you could go 👊🏼

My first class in the Red Room was sweaty, intense, and way outside my comfort zone, but in the best way. I walked out feeling like I had just outdone myself. Loved it! 🔥

Expect coaching that keeps you moving, a workout that makes sense, and a playlist built on pumping techno and electronic beats, with a touch of today’s hottest pop. My favorite day is Abs & Ass. Do I even need to explain 🔥

My current favorite sprint anthem is Sub Focus - Elevate 🏃🏼‍♂️‍➡️

Let’s hustle! 💪🏼”

A chapter I never thought I’d be the one closing, but here we are.

Time to share something I didn’t think I’d be writing for many more years:

I’ve decided to step down from my role as a Les Mills Nordic Trainer.

This decision is entirely my own, and it’s one I’ve reached after a lot of reflection and some big feelings. For more than seven years, I’ve had the privilege of training so many instructors, leading countless educations, and pouring my heart into something that has been one of my biggest passions and lovemarks in life. This role has shaped me in ways I’ll carry for life.

But sometimes life gently nudges you forward unexpectedly, and sometimes you simply grow in a different direction than before, not in a negative way, just naturally, with time. That’s what has happened for me with this role.

Even though I actually never imagined this moment would come already now, I’m now learning to accept it.

I’m sad, grateful, and proud all at once. Above all, I’m so thankful for every single instructor I’ve met, trained, learned from, and shared energy with over these years. And of course, all the amazing trainers, assessors, and office people behind the scenes: it’s been an absolute privilege to work with you. You’ve been my extended family.

But I’m not gone gone.

I’ll still be teaching my Les Mills classes just like before. Oh, and I’ll still be trolling in the webinar comment fields. Just like before.

Lots of love. A new chapter begins. ✨ by @kimi.holm

Noniin! 🇫🇮 (the only word you’ll ever need in Finnish)

LES MILLS LIVE STOCKHOLM 2025 ✨

Still buzzing after this spectacular day. I got to teach LM PILATES and LM SHAPES, and also do some hosting here and there. 🥹 The energy was unreal, the vibes were fantastic, and the people were more amazing than words can describe. ❤️‍🔥

Thanks to everyone who joined the classes, to the presenters I got to share the stage with, and everyone who made the event happen. You made the event special. ⭐️

Unforgettable. Until next time, Stockholm. ✨
