Hello all. On Sunday 7th of December l attended the Blood bank in Ringwood for my blood donation. It was my 59th blood donation. The blood bank are so in need of blood. Need another 100 thousand donations. This is something I do (as there has been cancer in the family). It only takes about 5 mins once you have done your paperwork. I am O neg so mine is always needed. If you only want to give one present this Christmas. Donate blood. Lots of people who need it. Who knows maybe one day we may all need to have some blood
