As we enter the holiday season, we wanted to express gratitude to the speakers, moderators, attendees, and the staff of PSTM that helped us bring “Let’s Talk About It: Family Planning in a Surgeon’s World,” to life. We welcomed 192 attendees and underscored our commitment to creating space for open, practical discussions around family planning in plastic surgery.

Our sessions explored fertility considerations, pregnancy planning, career pacing, and the challenges surgeons navigate when balancing personal goals with professional demands. Panelists offered thoughtful perspectives and actionable guidance, highlighting the importance of mentorship and supportive institutional culture.
