Long before the venue serves its first entrée or drink, we are putting in the work to make sure all the infrastructure is there to make it happen.

Today we are wrapping up the underground plumbing including sewer and grease tie ins. All has been tested, passed inspection and backfill is happening. We will be back for a wrap a check before they pour the floor and then its time for the space to take a bit of shape before we come back for top out.
