NEW EPISODE OF @cultureapothecary OUT NOW WITH Dr. William Parker, PhD 🌿 Find anywhere you listen to podcasts or “Real Alex Clark” on YouTube. Comment “MEDICINE” and I’ll DM you the link to the episode! 💌🔗 Do you know what happens when a newborn is given Tylenol? 💊 Today’s guest is former Duke researcher Dr. William Parker, author of Tylenol and Autism. He argues that acetaminophen exposure in babies and young children may contribute to autism in vulnerable kids. We’re digging into the evidence, fevers, and his surprising take on germs and parasites. ➡️ How do you feel about acetometophin before the age of 4?

You see sweat. Your body feels the heat. 🔥 And there’s more happening than a towel working overtime. 😂 Heat raises your heart rate and increases blood flow to your skin. Sauna sessions can also help you unwind and may ease muscle soreness. I use my infrared sauna 3–4 times a week, sometimes in the morning and sometimes after training. It’s a chance to slow down and give recovery some attention. 💪🏾 The research is interesting, but context matters: many of the long-term heart-health findings come from traditional Finnish saunas, so we can’t assume every infrared session delivers identical benefits. 📚 Research on PubMed: • Clinical Effects of Regular Dry Sauna Bathing: A Systematic Review — PMID: 29849692 • Cardiovascular and Other Health Benefits of Sauna Bathing: A Review of the Evidence — PMID: 30077204 Training gets a place in your diary. Recovery deserves one too. Are you a regular sauna user, or do you walk out after two minutes questioning your life choices? 😂👇🏾 #InfraredSauna #Recovery #menshealth
