I kept asking myself, "Should I post this?" Should I not?
But honestly… this journey deserves to be said out loud.
Four years went by fast, but they held enough drama, tears, and silent nights to shape me forever. When I think of the girl who walked into that school on her first day, I get emotional, because only God knows what was happening behind the scenes. Yet through it all, He carried me. My story is a testimony, and every glory goes back to Him.
To my parents — my CONSTANTS
Every semester I survived, it was your sacrifice behind it. From bringing me to school and helping with clearance until the staff told you to leave me to “figure it out,” to the fees, the prayers, the calls, the love… you gave everything. Thank you for being my support system, my strength, and my safe place.❤️
To my siblings — my elder brother who was always there to lean on - and my younger sister and younger brother whose support might have looked small, but meant the world to me. Your quiet encouragement, your check-ins, your laughter on days when I was drowning… all of it mattered. Thank you for lifting me in ways you didn’t even know you were lifting me.❤️
To my friends… the beautiful gifts LMU gave me.🥹
If I start, this post won’t end. Just know I met real ones. Thank you for colouring a journey that could have been dark.❤️
And finally, to me.🙂↕️
Thank you for fighting.
Thank you for not giving up.
Thank you for the sleepless nights.
Thank you for making mum and dad smile.
Thank you for surviving things you never told anyone about.
Thank you for holding on.
Cheers to new beginnings.🥂
Cheers to more wins.🍻
Tears and years later… she walks out with a degree on her belt. 💕✨🎓
