Leaving Japan with a different version of myself. 🇮🇳❤️ This journey has given me so much more than I can put into words. I’m going back stronger — mentally, physically, and emotionally. I’ve learned, I’ve grown, and most importantly, I’ve understood myself better as an athlete. Every experience here has added something to me — more strength, more patience, more belief, and an even stronger mindset. I’m leaving with a clearer vision and a deeper hunger for my goals. 🎯 Some experiences don’t just test you, they transform you. Taking back lessons, memories, strength, and a fire that burns even brighter now. 🔥 More focused. More determined. More powerful. The journey continues… 🇮🇳🥊 Thank you @ajaysingh2912 @bfi_official_ @ogq_india @media.iccsai @winwithinby_priyavrindha #AsianGames2026 #TeamIndia #Stronger #MoreDetermined #KeepGrowing IndianBoxing RoadToLA2028

Speaking to decolonial scholar & content creator Joris Lechêne, Palestinian author, physician and academic Dr Ghada Karmi explores what it meant to become “English” as a Palestinian child growing up in Britain, the moment in 1967 when watching her English friends cheer Israel forced her to confront her own identity, and the extraordinary story of the key to her family home in Jerusalem. From there, the conversation moves into the politics of Palestine: Britain’s colonial responsibility, the transformation of Western attitudes towards Israel and Palestine, the role of propaganda, and the question of whether the two-state solution offers genuine justice, or simply a version of “peace” that asks Palestinians to remain “quiet”. Finally, the two discuss Dr Karmi’s historical novel set in medieval Baghdad, and how reclaiming Arab history, culture, complexity and humanity can itself become part of the struggle against colonial erasure. #NEWMEMBERMONDAY with MC ‘26 Simone! 🦋💘✨ “Hi! I’m Simone and I’m from Spokane, Washington! I’m planning to major in biology on the pre med track. I love to spend my time outside hiking, paddle boarding, or skiing. I also enjoy trying out new coffee shops, reading a good book, or doing crafts! I chose Alpha Chi because the girls were so genuine and kind, had a sisterhood that is beyond uplifting and loving, and had a deep passion for their philanthropy. I loved every conversation I had and always left the house feeling excited and fulfilled. I am so thrilled to be a part of AXO and can’t wait for more amazing memories to come!” We love you Simone and we’re so happy to have you home! #uwalphachi #uwaxo
