Before the world sees the transformation,
you feel it.

Identity shifts first.
Reality follows.

People will have opinions when you do something People will have opinions when you don’t do anything too. Burkina Faso (NPC) is known with the letters B and F. Their cult number is 26 (B as the 2nd letter of the alphabet, while F as the 6th). Members also love Beer (B) and Fanta (F) so much, with Fanta often present in most of their events. (Listen to the song as they mention Fanta) Non-cultists (free men), if you join Burkina Faso, you may not fight many cult wars depending on the state you find yourself, but even if rivals don’t k**l you, diabetes may k**l you because of too much sugar from Fanta. Reject Cultism.
A wholesome weekend away, quality family time & a little touch of luxury 🤍🌿 We spent the loveliest weekend at @theastburygolfandlodgeresort , and it was everything we needed and more! ✨ From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with our lodge. Modern, chic and beautifully styled, with gorgeous interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely living space and our very own private hot tub… the perfect little home away from home 🏡 Our days were filled with the simple things that make the best memories, family games, relaxing on the decking, a dip in the hot tub, a spot of tennis and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. There’s golf too, so plenty to keep everyone entertained! ⛳️🎾 One of our highlights had to be @montgomerysbarandrestaurant . We enjoyed the most fantastic evening meal in such a beautiful setting, followed by a delicious breakfast the next morning. Good food, a lovely atmosphere and time together around the table… just perfect! 🥂🍽️ It’s such a gorgeous, family friendly destination, whether you’re looking for a weekend of activities or simply somewhere to switch off, unwind and make special memories with your favourite people. We’ve come home feeling so grateful for the most wholesome little escape, and I couldn’t recommend it enough for your next UK staycation! Fancy a stay yourselves? You can book the Astbury through @hoseasons . I’ll be sharing the link in my stories, and you can find it saved in my bio, too! Save this one for your next family getaway.. I promise you’ll love it! 🫶🏼 Ad #Hoseasons #TheAstbury #FamilyStaycation #UKStaycation #LuxuryLodges
I decided to share with you for the first time one of my processes of creating routines after many of you asked me… I usually record myself and talk to myself as if I am my own coach and choreographer so when I look back I will absorb the information as a student (of myself..this is so confusing sorry…I know) I love to choreograph in my swim pants for some weird reason and with my favourite sandals… the pillow became @laceyturner for a bit at some point… As you can see I am not the tidiest person but all the clothes were fresh and clean, just on the way after a full day photoshoot for my 2027 calendar (out soon…) Maybe you would think I am a bit crazy talking to myself but in my head it all makes sense and I have my own structure! It’s all done in 1 meter square and it took me from about 2am to 5.30am because for some other weird reason my brain is more creative during night time… I always thought not to share my choreographing process otherwise people would think I am a bit crazy and probably I am, but after all your requests I said: why not?! So here you go 😅🙌 Enjoy 😝
