Teddy graham brittle cookies🧸🧈🍪

I’m not sure if this counts as “cute groceries” but here it is anyway. I don’t remember buying these but I was too attached to throw them out. I was “saving then for a rainy day” and I guess that day finally came

I have so many more ideas so stay tuned for the next episode

Inspired by @constellationinspiration ‘s goldfish cookies

📌Save for recipe
Ingredients:
Honey Teddy Graham Brittle
- 100g Honey Teddy Grahams
- 56g unsalted butter
- 100g light brown sugar
- 2g flaky sea salt
Cinnamon Honey Cookies
- 113g unsalted butter
- 90g light brown sugar
- 25g granulated sugar
- 25g honey
- 18g egg yolk
- 5g vanilla extract
- 155g all-purpose flour
- 2.5g baking soda
- 3g kosher salt
- 1g ground cinnamon

Instructions:
1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the Teddy Grahams in a single, tightly packed layer.
2. Melt the butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth and bubbling.
3. Allow the mixture to bubble gently, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
4. Immediately pour the hot butter and sugar mixture evenly over the Teddy Grahams, spreading gently to coat.
5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and transfer the tray to the freezer until completely hardened.
6. Once firm, break the brittle into irregular chunks and set aside for topping the cookies.
7. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until golden brown and nutty. Transfer to the KitchenAid mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly.
8. Using the paddle attachment, beat the browned butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and honey on medium speed until combined.
9. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
10. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix on low speed until just combined, being careful not to overmix. (CONTINUED IN COMMENTS)

There's nothing more embarrassing in Battlefield than lining up the perfect sniper shot, taking your time to aim, and still somehow missing every single bullet. Bro spotted an enemy from far away, brought out the scope, and got ready to make a clean shot. Everything was lined up, and all he had to do was pull the trigger.

But the enemy had other plans. 😭

The guy started moving around like he was auditioning for a dance competition, casually dodging every shot without even realizing he was in a whole sniper battle. Bro kept trying to adjust his aim, predict the movement, and finally land a hit, but the enemy was moving like he had unlimited stamina and absolutely no responsibilities.

At this point, it wasn't even a gunfight anymore. It was a personal challenge. The enemy was dancing around in the scope while bro was probably questioning every decision that led him to become a sniper. 💀

Bro brought a sniper rifle to Battlefield just to become an audience member at an enemy's dance performance 😭🎯
