This kitchen started as a completely empty space… no cabinets, no layout, just the basic prep points in a small new-build apartment. My clients had just made aliyah from London and needed a kosher kitchen that would actually work for the way they cook and host.
The challenge was the size, but that’s also where the fun began. We planned every cabinet, every appliance zone and every stretch of countertop to make the most of what we had. Bit by bit, the space opened up. We found storage where you wouldn’t expect it, improved the flow, and made room for all the things that matter in a busy kosher kitchen.
In the end, they ended up with more storage than they had back in London — and a kitchen that feels easy, welcoming and genuinely enjoyable to use.
