Our first Meat sauce simmered for like 7-8 hours and tastes fkn incredible, We tried doing pickles for the first time, Garlic Diil and Spicy Dill Pickles + Classic Beets and Some with pickle spices.

what a day !!!! was not expecting to go as fast as we did for my 2nd half marathon but what a fun experience, I’m so proud of all the training I did & it rly paid off 🥹🙌 I trained for 14 weeks before with a custom @runna training plan & when it told me my projected race pace could be 8:30 I laughed I was like no way!! since majority of my runs were in the 9:30s.. it’s crazy how a training plan actually works 😂 with the dreaded tempo runs & speed work it rly improved my speed so now I feel so accomplished ! running right now feels like it’s fulfilling a part of me I haven’t felt since rowing in college just pushing myself mentally & physically & it feels so rewarding 💛 anyways here’s your sign if you’ve been looking for one to pick up running !
