Happy #FlashbackFriday 💟 Mari is so big now 🥰 I know Maisie is watching over her little one from up in the stars 🥹💫 and yes that’s really the first picture we took of Mari on her way home, we had her in a small cat crate. (She had been abandoned outside of a apartment building😕 ) . . . #chickensaspets #petchicken #petchickens #backyardflock
If you grew up with immigrant parents, you KNOW the stories. 😂 Apparently, they walked 10 hours uphill in the rain with no shoes just to get to school 🤣 Jokes aside, growing up I heard so many stories about my parents’ lives in Guyana. Now, I finally get to visit the country where they were born and raised for the very first time 🥹 I’m so excited to see the place that’s been part of my family’s story for generations. 🇬🇾❤️ Anyone else grow up with these legendary immigrant-parent stories? 😭 #immigrant #chinese #guyana #guyanatourism #travel
