قسمت دوازدهم -سریال پشت درهای بسته

North Korean state media has released photos of Kim Jong Un visiting a clothing and footwear exhibition after unverified rumors of his death spread online.

The images show him inspecting products and speaking with officials, with state news agency KCNA saying the visit took place in Pyongyang on October 19.

The release follows social media claims that he had suffered a brain haemorrhage and died — allegations that have not been supported by independently verified evidence.

The photographs have not been independently authenticated either, and North Korea has not directly addressed the death rumors.

Expensive taste … in tech 😉

Let me pray for your Friday

Hype or Hoax – Episode 258

✅ Worth the Hype (9.1/10)

High Protein Egg Muffin Bites — If you are sick of making breakfast, meal prep these high protein egg muffin bites in less than 1 hour. Simple, highly customizable, and a stellar meal prep staple for busy mornings.

Full Recipe (Makes 12 Muffins)
* Whole eggs — 12 large eggs
* Pro-Tip for Extra Macros: To make this even more macro-friendly, you can swap a portion of the whole eggs for egg whites (e.g., a mix of whole eggs and egg whites) to drastically lower the fats and boost the pure protein.
* Cottage cheese — 1/2 cup (approx. 115g)
* Parmesan cheese — 10g, grated
* Bell pepper & turkey bacon — Customized portions for the muffin pan (approx. 100g bell pepper and 50g turkey bacon used)
* Seasonings — Salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste

Method:
1. Add the whole eggs (or your egg/egg white blend), cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and onion powder into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan and distribute your customizations (such as diced bell pepper and turkey bacon) evenly across the cups.
3. Pour the blended egg mixture over the fillings into each muffin cup.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (approx. 175°C) for 20–25 minutes until set and lightly golden. Let cool before storing or serving!

Macros & Fibre (Per 1 Muffin)
* Calories: ~94 cals
* Protein: ~8.5g
* Carbohydrates: ~1.3g
* Fat: ~5.9g
* Fibre: ~0.5g

Verdict
9.1/10 — A brilliant breakfast meal-prep hack. Blending cottage cheese straight into the eggs adds incredible creaminess and a protein boost without changing the texture, making these 12 customisable muffins an absolute breeze to batch cook.
