BOW IN HAND…FIRE IN THE BELLY In this episode, I sit down with Jack Schelble—a young bowhunter who is dangerously resourceful, relentlessly driven, and obsessed with earning everything the hard way. ( Link to You Tube, Spotify, & Apple in Bio 👆)
Jack isn’t just chasing bucks. He’s chasing growth. Through bowhunting, self-reliance, and a refusal to cut corners, he’s building a mindset that carries into every part of his life. We talk about preparation, patience, failure, pressure, and why tenacity has put him in a place of real growth vs. those who quit when they don’t get the quick reward.
This conversation goes way beyond hunting. It’s about doing the work when no one’s watching—and refusing to bow out when things get hard.
Jack has some great stories, including the walk-through of his first bow harvest, so don’t jump out of this one early.
Thanks Jack for joining me. Can’t wait to see what you do next season !
