Ginger and orange are a match made in heaven!

Here I combined earthy caraway and zesty citrus with spicy ginger and golden honey. The foamy top provides a nice base for a generous dusting of freshly grated nutmeg and a wonderful aromatic finish. It’s a toast to the arrival of winter, great for a festive brunch, and a relaxing treat to unwind after a day on the slopes.

1.5 oz Aquavit
1 oz Ginger Liqueur @bigoliqueur
1.5 oz Fresh squeezed orange juice
1 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
0.75 oz Honey syrup
4 dashes Fee Foam (or your preferred alternative)
Shake with ice and strain into a coupe. Top with freshly grated nutmeg all over the top.

This drink is silky with or without the foam. If you want to skip the foam, just rim the glass with nutmeg or cinnamon sugar instead.
