Happy New Year, everyone! 2025 was definitely the most eventful year of my life. I’ll share some of the best moments:

I kicked off the year by wrapping up my senior year of hockey. It’s a time of my life I’ll cherish forever. Thanks for all the memories, Bountiful Hockey.

During spring break, my family took a cruise to the Bahamas, a trip we’d been dreaming of for six years. It was easily one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had!

Just a few days after our cruise, I packed my bags for a ski trip in Big Sky, Montana, to wrap up the snow season with the guys.

Two days after our return from Montana, it was my senior prom. April was definitely my busiest month!

Graduation was just around the corner. I graduated on May 22, which also happened to be my birthday. The big 18! What a way to start adulthood.

Summer had a bit of a rocky start. After a weekend camping trip, my truck broke down. I ended up selling it and buying a new one.

That same week, while trying to fix my truck and shopping for a new one, I finished my time at the Davis Tech Center and received my certificate in Auto-mechanics.

The rest of summer flew by, filled with work, friends, and weekend getaways. To wrap things up, my friends and I went on our annual bro trip to Flaming Gorge.

As fall arrived, it was a relief not to feel the pressure of school starting again. It was also strange to see all my siblings returning to school.

To keep my job with the city, they asked me to start working on my CDL (Class A Manual). I got a permit and started driving.

In late October, I cut my pinky open with an ice skate. After seven stitches, I was in a splint for the next two months to let the tendon heal. Thankfully, this didn’t affect my ability to work.

Present day and the slopes are open! Despite the little snow, I’m trying to get out on the board as much as possible.

Work has been fantastic! I’m a mechanic for Bountiful City, and I’m really enjoying every moment. I’m planning to stay with them for now and am looking forward to some growth opportunities this year.

Thanks so much for all your support from friends and family! Have a happy new year!
